Using the classic fundamentals of cooking that he learned over 40 years ago, he plays with the most advanced techniques in his laboratory kitchen. A poet of tastes, textures and colors, Denis Martin reinvents the rules without forgetting those that form the essential foundation of gastronomy. <\/p>\n

I’ve been doing research for about 25 years. Understanding cuisine in order to master it better is how I practice my profession. <\/span>Denis Martin<\/small><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
