Description
The Polaris Chronograph boasts a superb signature grey lacquered dial. From the lightest to the darkest, the multi-hued gradation is achieved through a process that involves applying nearly 40 layers of varnish and then coloured and transparent lacquer to the dial before the final stage: polishing. In its 42 mm steel case, the dial has three levels of finish: opaline inner flange, grained circle for the hours and hour-markers, and sunray centre. Perfectly legible, the chronograph stands out with its emblematic attributes: central hand, tachymeter, 30-minute counter at 3 o'clock. Illustrating the House's watchmaking expertise, its Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 761 offers an integrated chronograph mechanism equipped with a vertical-clutch column wheel. The Polaris Chronograph promises 65 hours of power reserve - very appreciable for a watch designed for adventure. Sporty and functional, it comes with a beige fabric strap and a black rubber strap.
