Lionel Meylan SA takes the protection of its Users’ data very seriously and undertakes to treat their personal data confidentially and with the utmost care. In particular, Lionel Meylan SA takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of collected data in accordance with art. 7 of the Federal Data Protection Act (DPA) and art. 3 of the Ordinance on the Federal Data Protection Act (DPAO). The HTTPS protocol is used for all Site content wherever possible.

We strictly control access to our premises and files. Our hardware is configured to prevent unauthorized access.

However, Lionel Meylan SA cannot guarantee complete and total protection of data against unauthorized processing due to the risks associated with the use of the Internet and electronic means of communication.

Data retention

The data collected by Lionel Meylan SA is kept for as long as required by the purpose for which it was collected.

Payments and financing
