Founded in Schaffhausen by an American pioneer, IWC Schaffhausen made its mark on Swiss watchmaking by creating the first mechanical watch with a digital display in 1885.
Since that time, the Maison has unceasingly offered emblematic, high-precision timepieces, intended for professional use such as the Pilot’s or Ingenieur watches, or symbols of elegance and good taste such as the Portofino and the Portugieser.
Although long time reserved for men, IWC watches have now also equally conquered ladies’ wrists.
