Launched in late 2022 to commemorate James Bond's 60th birthday, the 42mm Seamaster Diver 300M in Canopus Gold has a natural gray silicon dial. A nod to Agent 007's retirement in the Caribbean. The dial is adorned with a unidirectional rotating bezel paved with green and yellow diamonds, and two diamonds at 12 o'clock.
The iconic opening sequence of the film, in which Bond's silhouette appears in a rotating gun barrel, is featured on the case back, under a sapphire crystal decorated with micro-structured metallization. The "moiré" effect animation is linked to the rotation of the "lollipop" seconds hand.
The watch and the Milanese bracelet are made of Canopus gold 750. Omega uses its Canoplus gold 750, which is an exclusive alloy of gold, platinum, rhodium and palladium.
