Mille Miglia GTS Azzurro Power Control

In October 2020, Chopard proudly resumed its role as principal partner and official timekeeper of the famous Italian classic car rally Mille Miglia, a position the Maison has held without interruption since 1988. Each year, this commitment is an opportunity for Karl-Friedrich Scheufele, co-president of Chopard, to display his passion for the automobile by taking part in this 1,000-mile (1,600 km) endurance race that takes competitors through a Brescia-Rome-Brescia loop. And every year, the Maison produces a new collection of Mille Miglia watches to celebrate the race that is regularly referred to as the most beautiful in the world. In this new edition of the collection, a chronograph, the Mille Miglia GTS Azzurro Power Control in Lucent Steel™ and 18-carat pink gold (limited edition of 500 pieces) also joins the collection, with its dial inspired by a dashboard. This piece is sublimated by an elegant blue "Azzurro" dial that contrasts beautifully with the "Mille Miglia red" used for the detailing of the hands and the instantly recognizable arrow-shaped race logo that frames the date window.
