The Seamaster Diver 300M became a legend as soon as it was launched in 1993. This 42 mm model in a limited edition of 2,500 features a satin-finished grade 2 titanium case with 18K Sedna™ gold crown, bezel ring and helium valve. The tantalum bezel base was chosen by OMEGA for its characteristic grey-blue color, which contrasts with the shades of the Sedna™ gold. The titanium dial is decorated with a sunray wave pattern. It is animated by skeletonized hands and raised indexes in 18K Sedna™ gold coated with white Super-LumiNova.The watch is presented on a grade 2 titanium bracelet composed of tantalum and 18K Sedna™ gold links. The OMEGA seahorse is stamped on the transparent caseback, which reveals the OMEGA Master Chronometer 8806 caliber.

Antimagnetic: The movement resists magnetic fields in excess of 1.5 tesla (15,000 gauss).
Master Chronometer certification: This certification guarantees the highest level of precision, performance and magnetic resistance in Swiss industry, as established by the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS).
Chronometer: Designation of a watch that has passed precision tests and received a certificate from an official organization (the COSC).
Screw-in crown: self-locking crown screwed into the case tube, used for highly water-resistant diving watches.
Transparent back: A transparent back, often sapphire, allows the movement inside the watch to be seen.
Unidirectional rotating bezel: Bezel turning in one direction only. Particularly useful for divers, as they can’t accidentally turn it in the wrong direction and thus miscalculate their dive times. A rotating bezel makes it easier to measure elapsed time.
Helium valve: Decompression system allowing helium to escape from the watch when worn by professional divers (long-term underwater work, offshore oil exploration, etc.).
Limited edition: A series of watches whose production volume is determined in advance and limited to a set number.
