Since 1993, the Seamaster Professional Diver 300M has enjoyed a legendary following. Today’s modern collection has embraced that famous ocean heritage and updated it with OMEGA’s best innovation and design.The case of this 43.5 mm model is crafted from black ceramic and grade 5 titanium and includes a black ceramic bezel with a white enamel diving scale. The dial is also brushed black ceramic [ZrO2] and features laser-engraving to create raised waves.The skeleton hands and raised indexes in PVD titanium are filled with white Super-LumiNova, while the helium escape valve has been given a conical design.The watch is presented on a 5-stripe black and grey NATO strap with a brushed buckle and titanium loop, and is driven by the OMEGA Master Chronometer Calibre 8806, which can be seen through the sapphire-crystal on the wave-edged caseback.

Anti-magnetic : The movement is unaffected by exposure to strong magnetic fields, even those greater than 1.5 tesla (15,000 gauss).
Chronometer : Label given to a watch which has been successfully tested by an accredited and independent laboratory in order to receive a certificate compliant with the chronometer ISO 3159 standard.
Helium escape valve : Decompression system which allows helium to escape from inside the watch when the watch is worn for professional use in pressure chambers. (Long-term underwater work, crude oil exploration, etc.)
Master Chronometer Certified : Guaranteeing the Swiss industry’s highest standard of precision, performance and magnetic-resistance, as set by the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS).
Screw-in crown : Self-locking crown, screwed into the tube of the case, used for highly water resistant divers’ watches.
Transparent caseback : A transparent caseback – frequently made of sapphire – makes it possible to see the movement inside the watch.
Unidirectional rotating bezel : A bezel which turns in only one direction. Particularly useful for divers who cannot accidentally rotate it in the wrong direction, which could cause them to miscalculate their dive times. A rotating bezel makes it easy to measure elapsed time.
