The Speedmaster 38 mm collection is characterized by its simplicity, size and multiple colors, while remaining true to the aesthetics and heritage of OMEGA's most famous chronograph.This model features an 18K Sedna™ gold case encircled by a polished and satin-finished gold bezel featuring a tachymeter scale on a brown aluminum ring.The "cappuccino" dial sports horizontal brown oval counters and a vertical oval date window at 6 o'clock. Indexes and hands are fashioned in 18K Sedna™ gold. The chronograph hour, minute and seconds hands are additionally coated with white Super-LumiNova.With its caseback stamped with a medallion depicting the historic seahorse, the watch rests on a taupe-brown leather strap. It is powered by the OMEGA Co-Axial caliber 3330.

Chronograph: The chronograph function is a mechanism for measuring time intervals. A chronograph watch can therefore time events while continuing to indicate the time in the same way as a traditional watch.
Chronometer: Designation of a watch that has passed precision tests and received a certificate from an official organization (the COSC).
Date: The day of the month, displayed in an aperture on the watch dial at 3 or 6 o’clock, or in a counter at 9 o’clock.
Small seconds: Sub-dial hand marking the seconds. It usually completes one full rotation in one minute.
Tachymeter: A tachymeter watch has a speed-measuring function. It is a chronograph with a graduated dial on which the user can read the speed in kilometers per hour over a distance of 1,000 meters.
