A PASSION FOR WATCHMAKING

The links between watchmaking and the pleasures of the table stem from Lionel and Anne-Christine Meylan’s conviction that there are obvious shared values between these two worlds.

At the Hostellerie de Genève on Vevey’s Place du Marché, each space has its own atmosphere and its own name. The idea of creating La Table des Horlogers was born from the imagination of Lionel Meylan, watchmaker and owner of two watchmaking boutiques in Vevey’s old town, and his wife Anne-Christine, hotel manager. A family story where passions mingle and the spirit of innovation is constantly on the move!

After a month of renovation work, La Table des Horlogers opens its doors! Its decoration will evolve according to the manufactures presented there. Piaget will have the privilege of inaugurating it on November 27. An exceptional collection of works by painter Jérôme Thoret illustrating Piaget calibres will be exhibited on this occasion, in the presence of the artist.

La Table des Horlogers is open daily for lunch and dinner. From January 2014, an original formula will be launched: “Laissez-vous surprendre”, with a surprise menu composed of specialties according to the wind and the seasons, prepared by the Chef.
