L’AIR DU TEMPS – The epicurean’s den

While creativity in the kitchen is an undeniable trend, Luc Beldi didn’t wait for the popularity of gastronomy to reach its peak before making L’Air du Temps a must-visit address in Vevey. This delicatessen opened its doors 18 years ago in a spirit that continues to this day: to select fine, tasty products and accessories that are aesthetic, practical, exclusive and original. On the wine side, the boutique boasts an attractive cellar of regional wines, as well as a range of champagnes in all bottle sizes, from 37.5 cl to Nabuchodonosor.

L’Air du Temps offers some 1,000 accessories for tasting the precious beverage – decanters, glasses, corkscrews, cachottiers… – including the prestigious Riedel glasses. Tea lovers are not to be outdone, with a selection of 124 Mariage Frères teas, accompanied by a wide choice of teapots, bowls and cups. For pastry enthusiasts, the boutique offers all the accessories needed to excel in the kitchen. Last but not least, the delicatessen is hard to resist. Jams, Villars or Zaabär chocolate, all kinds of sugars, cookies, Provençal specialities, olive oils, 280 varieties of spices… Being a gourmet is definitely in with the times!
