Opened in 1979 and taken over in 2006 by Liselotte Humard and her daughter, Monique Schoch, this fine address brings together all kinds of handicrafts, gifts, antique toys, games and children’s items. On the crafts side, the full range of Glasi Hergiswil Swiss glassware shares space with creations by local ceramists, driftwood cows, candles and glassware by Bettina Eberle.

Puzzle is like Ali Baba’s cave. Whatever you’re looking for, you’ll always find something.
Liselotte Humard, co-owner of Puzzle

On the leisure side, Puzzle offers an excellent selection of board games, puzzles and chess boards. Children are not left out either, with an area in the back of the store dedicated entirely to Swiss-made wooden toys, walking wagons, cuddly toys and music boxes. A rich universe in which you’re always greeted with a broad smile and a genuine sense of advice.
