This friendly restaurant opened in 2014 on the shores of the lake in Vevey, with its feet in the water… or almost. Here, you’ll receive a friendly welcome, with kindness and attention. Following in the footsteps of his first restaurant, “la Station des Sens”, a popular Vevey spot for gourmands, ze Fork owner Jean Bodivit offers to explore a surprising palette of tastes based on the principle of tasting.

Concocted as a trilogy around themes such as fields, lake, vegetable garden, land, sea or farm, à la carte dishes invite you to discover a multitude of flavors in tune with the seasons. The composition of the plate is always creative, with tastes and colors in perfect harmony. The ze Fork team asks only one thing of you: be curious… to the power of 3!
